DescriptionCorrespondence between Brian Cane, Principal, City of Liverpool College of Higher Education, and Miss Muriel W. Atlee, who was among the first generation of staff at C.F. Mott College. She was a lecturer in History and Divinity from the college's opening in 1946 until 1961.

Letter to Brian Cane from Miss Attlee with brief reminiscences and the addresses of other former staff and students (July 1979);
Letter to Miss Attlee from Brian Cane acknowledging receipt of her last letter (no date);
Letter to Brian Cane from Miss Attlee accompanying a 35 page, handwritten history of the college's early days by Miss Attlee. This document includes detailed reminiscences of the college's establishment, early days in Kirkby, the move to the Hazels, the early students, a list of the early staff and a profile of Miss Whiting (November 1979);
Letter to Miss Attlee from Brian Cane thanking her for the document (November 1979)
Letter to Brian Cane from Miss Attlee with the addresses of other former staff of the college (no date).
