Includes Huyton-with-Roby U.D.C. tender advertisement newspaper cutting pasted to front endpapers. Pasted to first page is a list of three Huyton residents and appears to be reasons why they should be considered for exemption from rate payments as a result of poverty (dated 6 March 1924). Pasted to rear endpapers are two handwritten motions for agenda items. Also included is a loose insert: the Huyton-with-Roby U.D.C Clerk's compliments card. |
