Includes newspaper cuttings advertising tenders relating to the work of the committee, a rate demand for the year 1919, and a printed estimate of expenditure for the year 1923-1924. The volume includes torn pieces of typescript letters (some from later than the entries in this volume) loosely inserted and probably acting as page markers. Also includes a printed copy of draft byelaws with respect to new streets and buildings, stamped 6 March 1923, with a partial seal. Some additional, typescript amendments and minutes have been pasted into the volume. |
