| Description | These plans,drawn up for Huyton-with-Roby Local Board and surveyed by William Wrennall, Surveyor, with respect to the design of the domestic drainage and sewerage systems in the townships. Many of the houses and large Victorian villas built during the expansion of Huyton and Roby are named. For interpretation purposes, the key provided on GB1076.HUDC/7/2/1 be applied to all of the plans. On the succession of Huyton-with-Roby Urban District Council in 1894, the plans continued to be used by the District Council's engineers, and amendments to some of the drawings were made in the style of Wrennall, so care needs to taken when inspecting and interpreting the plans.
