| Description | Mrs Annie Harrison nee Blackburn, an ex-pupil and local historian, was invited to speak to pupils at Knowsley C of E School shortly before its closure. As a child, Annie Blackburn lived at Nanny Goat Hall on her grandparents' New Cut Farm, Kirkby Moss, before moving with her parents and siblings to Rainford.
