| Description | Typescript letter from the Trustees of the Will of the late John Naylor to members of the Prescot U.D.C., dated 21 December 1912, objecting to the Council's proposed use of a piece of land given to the Council by the late Mr. Naylor. Although not mentioned in the letter, the document has an attached cover note indicating that the objection relates to a urinal and the Eagle & Child pub. The letter was also enclosed in a folder labelled 'Iron Urinal' and dated 1913. |
